1. Log into ONTRAPORT and create a ticket with an FAQ, as if you are a new client.
2. Log into ZenDesk, locate your ticket, and assign it to yourself.
TIP: Note the ticket number so you can pull this ticket up again if needed
3. Go to your “My Working Tickets” view and respond to the ticket with
a. the answer (HINT: use a macro if possible); include the use of bold, italics, and a bullet point (HINT: use the preview function)
b. a link to the information in the forum (not a general forum link)
c. your signature macro
4. Use Custom to fill out the required fields on the left hand side of the ticket.
5. Fill out the form above with your ticket number.
